"Monochrome∞Blue Sky" first appeared in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F in where it is is unlocked by clearing "Remote Controller". It was later added to Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone on 5 March 2014. In Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone, is included in the Future Sound song pack. The song's Extreme rhythm game is also present in the 7 Master Course in the game's Survival Course mode. "Monochrome∞Blue Sky" is also featured in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA MegaMix, with its PV modified to include the ToonShader graphics, though it has the same rhythm game it has in Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone in Arcade Mode.
